Technical Writer / Documentation

This position will be a part of the Documentation Department and report to Manager Documentation. Responsibilities include: writing and editing for Software Development Lifecycle Documentation, Project Documentation, Product / Marketing Documentation (Collaterals such as: product brochures, presentations and other promotional material). Position will involve working directly with project Teams / Technical Experts in researching and collecting technical /non-technical information.

Expertise: Fluent in English Language (both written and spoken). Must be proficient in using Microsoft Office products such as: MS Word, Excel, Visio etc.

Experience: Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply (on-job training for 6-8 weeks will be given). Candidates having prior experience in similar position will be preferred.

Qualification: BS. (Computer Sciences) / BCS, BBA (specifically for Marketing Documentation)

Job Requirements:

• Must have strong concepts of SDLC
• Must have working experience on testing methodologies and test automation tools.
• Excellent Knowledge of developing test scenarios, test cases, test matrices, test data and execution of test plans
• Ability to create automated functional testing scenarios, preparing and generating the test data.
• Hands on experience on performance & load testing tools.
• Ability to generate and evaluate the performance/ Load testing results.
• Must have 1+ years experience in the field of Quality Assurance & Testing
• Qualification: BS / BE / BCS / MCS or Equivalent degree in Computer Science
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Knowledge or working experience on ISO/CMMI is a definite plus
