System Support Engineer

We are looking for System Support Engineer in our offices located in Karachi, Islamabad aned Lahore.

System Support Engineer

Responsible for five engineers, three Installation Engineers for the installation of TMS and ACS and two Project Engineers for the installation of projects. Also responsible for the installations of TMS, ACS and Projects. Installation and commissioning of Limton’s products that are either computerized or computer interfaced (including all software, hardware, auto ID cards and other components) at client’s premises and to provide complete operational training. To get successful installation and implementation certificate from customer and to collect full payment of the system is the main   requirement.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible only for the installations of TMS, ACS and Projects.
  • Installation and commissioning of Limton’s products that are either computerized or computer interfaced (including all software, hardware, auto ID cards and other components) at client’s premises and to provide complete operational training.
  • To get successful installation and implementation certificate from customer and to collect full payment of the system is the main requirement.
  • Contact with clients for pre installation.
  • Confirmation of installation site with in due time period.
  • Provide complete installation at client site.
  • Provide complete training and to get training completion certificate from client.
  • Provide client satisfaction note on complete installation.
  • Provide report set from client end if TMS or ACS provided.
  • Responsible for five engineers, three Installation Engineers for the installation of TMS and ACS and two Project Engineers for the installation of projects.

Requirements:

  • B.E. (Electronics / Computer Systems).
  • At least 2 years experience of working in similar capacity.
  • Experience in Visual Basic, software, CRM, command on operating systems.
  • Project management skills.
  • Planning skills, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, set goals and meet deadlines,
  • ability to take initiative; analytical, reasoning and problem solving skills;
  • ability to maintain accurate and detailed records; able to function as a contributing member of department
  • Traveling within territory and occasionally outside city on official assignment
  • Own Bike/car is a must.
