1. Business Analyst (2 positions)

• Analysis of business processes and related technology solutions
• Analysis of Request for Business Proposals (RFPs)
• Developing Business proposals identifying business needs, technology solution, cost and project plan

2. Business Development Executive (1 position)

• Understanding business processes and related technology solutions
• Researching and Identifying target markets
• Developing sales presentation and client interaction

3. Human Resource (1 position)

• Organization of Human Resource
• Global Recruitment & Placement
• Understanding of related IT solutions

Required qualifications and capabilities:

• MBA from a reputable university and at least 2 years of experience preferred
• Able to rapidly synthesize information from multiple sources to generate actionable recommendations
• Excellent English Language Skills is a must
• Strong communication skills in both written and spoken word
• Excellent qualitative and quantitative analytical skills
• Ability to think strategically and work independently

Strongly preferred:

• MIS, Software development, business process re-engineering, or IT background with relevant experience
• Bachelors or Masters in IT discipline preferred
• Previous experience in Business Development, New Product Development, Management/business/IT Consulting,
• Project Management or Market Research
• Recruiting experience with an IT Products/Consulting/Recruiting company.

4. Sr. J2EE Developers (5 positions)

• Netpace, Inc(www.netpace.com) is looking for talented and motivated individuals to join as Sr. J2EE Developers. The ideal candidate should 5+ years experience in software development (full SDLC) with an emphasis on OO design.
• Demonstrated ability to develop (coding experience must) and implement complex enterprise class applications using Java & J2EE technologies.
• Proficiency with Struts, Hibernate, Spring Framework.
• Knowledge of SQL and /or Oracle (preferred)
• Candidates must be strong developers with active coding and designing skills.
• Coding skills are an absolute must.
• High degree of self motivation
• Excellent communication skills
• BS in computer science or above
• Required Skills: J2EE, Struts, Hibernate, Web Services, Database, Application Server, XML/XSL, OOPS, Open Source Technologies

5. J2EE Developers (5 positions)

• 2+ years experience in software development(full SDLC) with an emphasis on OO design.

6. QA Engineer (3 positions)

• We are currently looking for a qualified Quality Assurance Engineer with at least 2-4 years experience testing Web and desktop applications.
• Ability to write test plans, test cases, bug reports, as well as create test procedures.
• Should have experience in performance testing.
• Ability to work and function in a fast paced environment.
• Experience with open source test automation tool’s a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Required Skills: Performance testing, test cases, QA

7. Graphic Designer (2 positions)

• We are currently looking for a qualified Graphic/Web Designer with at least 3 year of relevant domain experience.
• Ability to design Layouts / Mockup; Work on Low-fidelity prototypes and presentations
• Ability to work with Business Analyst/Project Manager to define requirements
• Must have Intermediate level skills in Flash with some exposure of Action Scripting
• Must have exposure of different programming languages (eg. JSP. ASP .NET) to work with the developer to integrate UI/designs
• Must have full command of creating HTML ,CSS and Templates
• Strongly preferred Knowledge of Web 2.0 standards and usability
• Strong communication skills and a team player
• Tools used should include: Photoshop or Fireworks, Dreamweaver, Flash, Illustrator or Freehand
