1.   Senior Oracle Database Administrator     (2 Positions).

Job Ref # EDG/PRO.SrDBA- 02/50
Required Experience:  4-6 Years
Salary:  50,000-70,000
Job Responsibilities

• Managing multiple Production and Development environments
• Troubleshooting Problems reported from Developers and End-users
• Hands-on experience administering Oracle Applications 9i/10g databases, System Administration
• Daily System Administration and Monitor Backup Schedules
• Service Requests (Add Users etc), In addition to special projects out of a Priorities Task Experience with cloning Test and Development environments from Production Oracle Applications environment;
• Experience with Oracle Enterprise Manager
• Knowledge and experience with Multi-Node and Multi-Tier Applications environments, and managing RAC databases
• Experience and in-depth understanding of Oracle backup and recovery methodologies, Strong skills in RMAN
• Experience in database reorganization, migration, planning capacity, Disaster Recovery
• Strong in depth experience in database performance tuning , SQL tuning.
• Experience with Oracle Application Server versions 9i and 10G, Familiarity with Oracle Replication, Oracle security and auditing features
• Self-motivated individual

2.   Oracle Database Administrator     (4 Positions).

Required Experience:  2-5 Years
Salary :  30,000-45,000
Job Responsibilities

• Must be able to install software and all related patches and enhancements
• At least two years work experience in oracle database administration (10g and earlier versions)
• practical experience with windows and Unix OS oracle database maintenance tuning
• Troubleshooting oracle backup and recovery.
• Knowledge of  database performance tuning , SQL tuning.
• Reviews and designs of high performance, highly scalable database structures to support business requirements including logical and physical database modeling.
• Installs, configures and maintains database instances, creates various database objects, creates users with appropriate roles and levels of security on multiple platforms.
• Daily monitoring and analysis of systems to ensure 24×7 stable operations.
• Troubleshoot day-to-day database issues to ensure system stability and output.
• Ensure database backups are working as per backup & recovery policy, frequently verifying recovery process.
• Implementing Database security policy and ensure that database access is protected.
• Provides Oracle DBA support and technical support for multiple applications in development, test, staging and production environments.
