Job Title:
Assistant Engineer (Manage Service support -  Database / Operations)

Qualification:
BS / MCS / MS Computer Science

In Brief:
Mainly an operations engineer with around five years database in depth experience of managing and maintaining  Microsoft SQL servers / Oracle  Database Servers in regular and clustered environment. Certification in cross platform OS (Windows/Unix/Linux) and databases is an added advantage.

In Nutshell:
Working for a Etisalat’s Manage Service Team as a database/system support Engineer, we require a database support technician. Role requires experience in the field of IT support management preferably within a high volume transaction environment. Proven working systems experience/knowledge of Windows 2003, Oracle, Apache, IIS and MS-SQL Server is essential. The role holder must have an analytical, trouble-shooting mindset, with a problem-solving personality ie someone who sees challenges in problems, who is stubborn enough to go that extra mile to get the information it takes to understand a problem, even when it lies outside of the area covered by their current knowledge.
