The candidate should have very strong knowledge of Graphics Tools such as (Illustrator, Photoshop, Flash, Dream wear, CSS, Etc).

Responsibilities include designing

-New website,
-Web templates,
-Flash header, Flash intro etc
-Can create Eye-catching original web design
-Have a clear understanding of Html, slicing, CSS
-Good communication skills.-Can give daily updates with (Skype or Goggle talk)
-Ability to meet the deadline
-Any demo web design (URL) as freelancer is must other you will be reject.

Extra Advantage: IF you have a team of freelancer it will be a great plus.
