1. Business Analyst
- Analysis of business processes and related technology solutions
- Analysis of Request for Business Proposals (RFPs)
- Developing Business proposals identifying business needs, technology solution, cost and project plan
2. Business Development Executive
- Understanding business processes and related technology solutions
- Researching and Identifying target markets
- Developing sales presentation and client interaction
3. Human Resource
- Organization of Human Resource
- Global Recruitment & Placement
- Understanding of related IT solutions
Required qualifications and capabilities:
- MBA from a reputable university and at least 2 years of experience
- Able to rapidly synthesize information from multiple sources to generate actionable recommendations
- Excellent English Language Skills is a must
- Strong communication skills in both written and spoken word
- Excellent qualitative and quantitative analytical skills
- Ability to think strategically and work independently
Strongly preferred:
- Software development, business process re-engineering, or IT background with relevant experience
- Bachelors or Masters in IT discipline preferred
- Previous experience in Business Development, New Product Development, Management/business/IT Consulting,
- Prject Management or Market Research
