- Posses development experience in Oracle Forms and Reports
- Complete knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle
- Should have strong analytical & reasoning skill
- Possess sound communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly
- Good team-worker
- Hold a BCS/BS degree in Computer Science
- Oracle Certified Programmer (OCP) preferred
