1. System Administrator.
No. of opening: 1 Location: Lahore
Qualification: BS/MS computer Science or Software Engineer, Systems Certifications
Experience: 2 - 3 yrs.
Job Description:
A Linux Systems Administrator will provide systems engineering, administration, and management of Intraware’s Red Hat Enterprise Linux server infrastructure.
Installs, configures, updates, and maintains Linux servers in a complex environment, functions as a subject matter expert for Linux Operating Systems in a server-based environment.
Implements complex hardware deployments, software upgrades, and significant projects. Performs Tier II/III problem management, isolation, and resolution.
Configure new services including specification, hardware assembly, operating system and application configuration.
Maintains and upgrades automated scripts for application products to facilitate operational tasks.
Troubleshoot issues related to server hardware, operating system, storage, applications, and networking.
Assist engineering and QA users with system administration tasks.
Monitor, administer, and manage applications and services in support of Intraware’s products.
Participate on Incident Response and Disaster Recovery teams.
Identify and implement best practices in systems administration, security, and business continuity.
Participate in change management activities, and process review.
Participate in incident response activities.
Coordinates with Project Engineering, Project Management, Security, and Asset Management, Customer Service, and Helpdesk teams as necessary for problem support and project management.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: -
3+ years managing a Linux server environment.
Experience should include Red Hat Linux, including enterprise storage products and applications. - Experience in a SAN storage environment.
Ability to plan, install, manage, and effectively document complex server, storage, and application environments.
Ability to implement automation and monitoring using shell scripting and other related tools. - Ability to troubleshoot network problems and articulate required solutions.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and responsibilities in a fluid environment.
Apache web server - Jboss 4.0.5 with JDK 1_5_09 - Linux (AS4) -
Oracle database server with enterprise edition.
2. Systems Engineer
No. of opening: 7 Location: Lahore/Karachi
Qualification: BS/MS computer Science or Software Engineer – Networking Certifications
Experience: 2 – 3 yrs.
Job Description:
At least 3-5 years in an environment using Windows tools for managing DNS, DHCP and WINS.
At least 3-5 years knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems including Windows 2000/XP/2003 Server and Professional. At least 3-5 years knowledge of configuration and maintenance for corporate antivirus packages (e.g. Symantec), including the support of a remote client base.
At least 3 years working with Microsoft Exchange Server 2003 / Lotus Notes
Detailed technical knowledge of Windows Active Directory concepts such as permissions, groups, and group policy in a multi-office environment.
Working experience with the development and configuration of corporate communications tools.
A proven ability to troubleshoot in a structured manner, and deliver a support service, including excellent written and verbal communications when required, to a broad and geographically dispersed client base.
3. Network Engineer

Qualification: BS/MS computer Science or Software Engineer – Networking Certifications
Experience: 2 – 3 yrs.
Job Description:
Installing, supporting and maintaining new server hardware and software Infrastructure; Allocating network resources;
Setting up user accounts, permissions and passwords; Monitoring network usage;
Ensuring the most cost-effective and efficient use of servers;
Suggesting and providing IT solutions to business and management problems;
Ensuring that all IT equipment complies with industry standards.
Analyzing and resolving faults, whether it is a major system crash or a forgotten password.
Undertaking routine preventative measures and implementing, maintaining and monitoring network security, particularly if the network connects to the internet.
Providing training and technical support for users with varying levels of IT knowledge and competence. Supervising other staff, for example help desk technicians.
Working closely with other departments/organizations and collaborating with other IT staff.
Planning and implementing future IT developments and undertaking project work.
Managing the website and keeping internal networks running.
Monitoring the use of the web by employees.
4. Manager Client Services

Qualification: BS/MS Project Management

Responsibilities include:
Exercise influence with internal and external customers.
Ability to be proactive and flexible concerning plan design changes to ensure legal compliance.
Research and resolution of client issues and acts as a point of escalation for participant issues.
Introduce and educate clients on new plan sponsor services offered by Inov8 Limited and influence to utilize services if appropriate.
Coordinate and maintain all clients reporting. Coordinate and participate in client/prospect visits. Work with clients and auditors to reconcile.
Partner with clients to deliver solutions that client feels are satisfactorily tailored to meet their needs.
Provide leadership in key department initiatives leading to process improvements and increased customer satisfaction
5. CSR

Qualification: BS with excellent communication skills
Experience: 1 – 2 yrs
Job Description:
Responds to client inquiries regarding accounts, products and procedures.
Completes service transactions according to defined procedures.
Resolves problems identified by the customer regarding issues with the Inov8 product.
