IT Sales & Marketing Executives required for Karachi
ParagonEDS is IT Solution Provider and integrator spanning its operations in Pakistan and Middle East. Our core offerings include Human Resource Consultancy in IT & Telecommunication sector only, our own Software Solutions and Web & Mobile Application development.
As expanding in the region we need fresh & experienced talented IT Sales & Marketing executives to bolster our eager to excel force.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop New local and offshore accounts by applying marketing strategy giving the way also to developing & implementing your creative marketing & sales strategies.
2. Converting leads into business in a very highly competitive environment in shorter sales cycles.
3. Manage client needs and expectations.
Credentials and Skills:
1. BS Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent (Other graduates with proven experience will be considered).
2. At least 1 year of experience in account management, pipelining, client follow up and opportunities analysis and forecasting.
3. Must have good understanding of new technologies like ERP, Microsoft .Net etc…
4. A proven record of developing new clients and lead generation.
5. Must be able to accelerate sales cycles, be updated on emerging technologies and conduct market surveys on needs and challenges that the client experiences.
6. Must be able to apply a consultative sales approach to our renowned clients.
7. Must be able to build and maintain relationships at the highest levels in a customer organization and navigate the complex political environment.
8. Must have proven track record of IT Business Development.
9. Your English level will be put to test. Overall, you must have excellent verbal, written & presentation skills.
10. Must be willing to travel.
