Job Description:
Senior level position. Should lead the team in their respective sectors. Should act as Level 3 support for issues and problems. Should assist Engineers, junior engineers and Trainees in achieving their career objectives. Should act as quality assurance monitors for the Services offered
Roles and Responsibility:
- Act as top level support for internal and external support issues
- Handle Network Analysis and Designs
- Communicate with vendor on technical issues
- Lead the implementation engagements on multi level projects
- Project Plan preparation
- Product evaluation
- Perform Internal Training Tasks for subordinates
Requirements:
- University Graduate preferably in the related field
- 5 + years of experience in the relative field.
- Must hold valid CCIE certification
- Very good experience and excellent awareness in the field of specialization
- Highly experienced in Network Design and Troubleshooting
- Excellent knowledge in documentation
- Excellent Knowledge in routing and switching
- Excellent Knowledge in various voice and security technologies
- Excellent knowledge and experience in QoS
- Adaptive team player
- Acceptable score in IQ exam
- Excellent Communication and presentation skills
