Job Requirements:

- Must have strong concepts of SDLC- Must have working experience on testing methodologies and test automation tools.- Excellent Knowledge of developing test scenarios, test cases, test matrices, test data and execution of test plans- Must have working experience on Automated Functional Testing tools and scripting languages, such as TSL, VBScript, Perl etc.- Ability to create automated functional testing scenarios, preparing and generating the test data.- Hands on experience on performance & load testing tools.- Ability to generate and evaluate the performance/Load testing results.- Solid command on best practices of .Net coding standards (C# or VB .Net)- Solid command on best practices of database design.- Knowledge or experience on database analyzers.- Must have 1+ years experience in the field of Quality Assurance & Testing- Qualification: BS / BE / BCS / MCS or Equivalent degree in Computer Science- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills- Knowledge or working experience on ISO/CMMI is a definite plus

Company is looking for web gurus whom having good experience of Web Application Development. Who know all the aspects involved in the development of big web portals and community sites. Candidate must have extensive knowledge of

Handling high traffic web sites.
Security leaks of web application
DB optimization for high traffic web sites
Multi server environment with apache and Linux.
Analyzing and designing enterprise level web applications.

The candidate must have:
Advanced understanding of the server side programming language (JAVA or PHP or .NET), XHTML, Cascading Style Sheets, and JavaScript.
Understanding of Security leaks like Cross Site Scripting (XSS), SQL Injection, CRLF Injection, Code Execution, XPath Injection, Full Path Disclosure, Cookie Manipulation etc.
Complete understanding of web 2.0 standards. Like Rich Internet application techniques, optionally Ajax-based, Clean and meaningful URLs etc.
Advanced understanding LAMP is preferred.
DB design w.r.t of high traffic web application, Database Denormalization, and Query Optimization etc
Solid management skills, proficient in leading and mentoring individuals to maximize productivity, while forming cohesive team environments.
Candidates should possess strong communication skills with good stress management skills to meet deadlines.

Education & Experience
MSc. (Software engineering/computer Science/Information Technology), or at least BS (Hons.) Computer Sciences. At least Four (4) years of hands on experience of web development is must.
