We need a Team Lead with extensive experience in Financial Application.

Domain Expertise: Ideally must have experience of building Web Based Money remittance systems or Web based Financial Transaction Systems. Experience of other financial systems or leasing system can be plus point aswell. Strong understanding of transactional systems is a must and must have hands on experience. Experience with POS application development is a plus point aswell.

Minimum Qualification: Bachelors of Computer Science from a reputed Institute.

Job Experience: At least 3 year in a challenging environment in a reputable organization. Hands on experience of Application Analysis for off-shore projects, Expert in Distributed Architecture and Object Oriented Design.

Development Technology: Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0, C#, ASP.Net, Web Services, .Net Remoting

Data Base Expertise: Microsoft SQL server/PostgreSQL/ My SQL

Other Skills: Strong Problem Solving Skills, Good in Team Management, communication and presentation skills. Good written and verbal English. Ability to deal with international clients directly and be able to represent the company during international travel.

3. Extend Database functionality using SQL plus sound knowledge of Stored Procedure and Triggers and can Optimize and Normalize Database.
4. Research emerging web development practices/technology and participate in long-range planning for the development of the /development site, evaluating new systems and methodologies.
