QUALIFICATION:
Bachelor /Masters in Computer Sciences or equivalent from recognized university
Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer (SQA-05):
EXPERIENCE:
- 2 - 4 years of experience of managing and performing software quality assurance and testing activities.
- People having working experience in a process oriented environment will be preferred.
Responsibilities
- Managing, performing and monitoring QA activities on a project as project lead who is reporting to a team lead.
- Performing QA and test planning for a project.
- Execution and tracking of plans
- Design and development of test cases
- Test case execution.
- Performing reviews of work products like RS, FS, design, user documentation etc.
- Performing internal quality audits.
- Preparing and sharing reports with other stake holders.
- Working closely with Dev Team, Team Lead and QA Manager
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE SKILL & ABILITY:
- Understanding of quality assurance and testing life cycle
- Knowledge of QA best practices
- Exposure to reviews and audits
- Strong understanding of testing methodologies.
- Ability to devise appropriate test strategy and performing test planning
- Execution and tracking of plans
- Ability to design and develop tests
- Ability to document, analyze and communicate test results
- Ability to work closely with Dev Team, Team Lead and QA Manager
- Good understanding of quality models including ISO and CMMI
- Should have good oral and written communication skills.
- Good team management skills
Technical Writers (Job Code: TW-05)
The job portfolio includes documentation planning, design, creation and edition of a wide range of documents such as User Guides, Technical Guides, Installation Manuals, Training Manuals and On-line Help. The candidate must meet these requirements:
- Masters degree in English Literature / Mass Communication / Computer Science or any related discipline.
- Exceptional English Communication skills are must required particularly in Writing.
- Ability to take complex technical information and relay it in written form in a logical, user friendly format
- Experience in Technical Writing related work and understanding of Information Technology principles will be given preference.
- Candidates having International travel history (foreign passport etc.) will be encouraged to apply.
Business Analyst (Job Code: BA-05) Positions-03
Main responsibility is to document the project requirements for the architecture group of our software department. Development of documents for project?s vision and scope. Identify project stakeholders and user classes. Develop business analytics and score carding features into existing project document user class characteristics. Identify appropriate representatives for each user class and negotiate their responsibilities. Decompose high-level business and user requirements into functional requirements and quality, specified in an appropriate level of details. Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, event lists, business analysis, competitive product analysis, task and workflow analysis, and/or viewpoints.
- Master Degree in Business, Computer Sciences, Project Management.
- Fresh or 1 year of experience of directly interaction with customers and developing/ maintaining the requirements for the projects.
- Excellent communication, organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good technical writing skills.
- Strong business acumen, computer skills and a detail oriented personalityciples will be given preference.
