The ideal candidate having at least 3-6 months of development experience both of back-end (database management) & front-end (PDA + Smart Devices) in VB.NET or C#.NET is required for business applications like Finance, Inventory/Warehouse Management, Purchase Order Processing, Sales Order Processing, HRM/Payroll, etc. Hands on experience for PDAs and Sales & Marketing attributes would be a plus
point.

Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer (SQA-05):
EXPERIENCE:

• 2 - 4 years of experience of managing and performing software quality assurance and testing activities.
• People having working experience in a process oriented environment will be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Managing, performing and monitoring QA activities on a project as project lead who is reporting to a team lead.
• Performing QA and test planning for a project.
• Execution and tracking of plans
• Design and development of test cases
• Test case execution.
• Performing reviews of work products like RS, FS, design, user documentation etc.
• Performing internal quality audits.
• Preparing and sharing reports with other stake holders.

Main responsibility is to document the project requirements for the architecture group of our software department. Development of documents for project?s vision and scope. Identify project stakeholders and user classes. Develop business analytics and score carding features into existing project document user class characteristics. Identify appropriate representatives for each user class and negotiate their responsibilities. Decompose high-level business and user requirements into functional requirements and quality, specified in an appropriate level of details. Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, event lists, business analysis, competitive product analysis, task and workflow analysis, and/or viewpoints.

• Master Degree in Business, Computer Sciences, Project Management.
