Currently we require a software support engineer for our Islamabad office having knowledge of web-based technologies.
Minimum Requirements
- Masters/Bachelors in IT/CS/SE
- Excellent English communication skills both written and spoken
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand and communicate technical information
- Self-motivated with a strong commitment to deliver quality support
- Excellent attention to detail
Software/Tools:
- Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Database: basic concepts of databases, some experience with Access/SQL Server
- Crystal Reports: basic level skillset will be a plus
- Web Development: hands on experience with web application development
