SAP TEAM LEAD CONSULTANT VACANCY
Candidate will participate in SAP implementation project working with deployment consulting team. Candidate will Interact with and provide technical support to the project team and business groups on issues related to system interfaces, development request reviews and estimates, system integration. He will be responsible for defining development standards for the company and working with consulting partner to make sure those standards are followed and will also do QA checks on all the development activity. Candidate is also expected to have knowledge of SAP CRM, workflow and portals design. He will Work with Project Manager to develop and maintain project schedules and task priorities. Candidate will be responsible for developing and training new and junior team members when required
Qualifications and Skills Required:
- Minimum 7 years of Experience in SAP ABAP development and previous experience of working as development team lead required.
- Certified in ABAP with hands on development experience
- Experience in defining/implementi ng development standards and doing QA checks on the development objects.
- Leading/Guiding project development team on company’s technical requirements (development, interfaces etc.).
- Experience in SAP CRM and portal design.
- Experience in ALE, EDI/IDOC and workflow.
- Experience in developing interfaces using XI
- Conducting development audits and knowledge of Smart Forms.
- Ability to function in teams both cross-functional and development.
- Familiarity with XML/XSL technologies desirable.
- Strong verbal and written skills.
- Strong analytical and decision making skills.
