QA Manager

Creative Chaos requires a QA Manager who has a minimum of 2-3 years experience as an Assistant Quality Assurance manager or is presently serving as a QA Manager in an organization that has dealt with international and local clients and is providing QA Services.
The candidate would have to show a track record in terms of achieving internal and external targets. Solid experience in managing multiple quality assurance teams in a mature software ecosystem. Candidates who have implemented the ISO or CMM standard during their career will be given high preference.
Skills:
- Ability to supervise a number of professionals from varying backgrounds and disciplines
- Leadership/Coordination Role
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Superior knowledge of all defect tracking tools, QA tools, Optimization techiniques and new trends in quality assurance.
- Good working knowledge of software applications (web-based and otherwise)
- Sound understanding and clear concepts of software development, software quality, testing, and software development processes.
- Ability to conduct conference calls and coordinate efforts with offshore teams will be critical to the selection of this candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for client liaison and management.
- Prepare testing plans, procedures and detailed test documents.
- Overall executive responsibilities for team progress and coordination.
- Recommend completion / otherwise for the product for acceptance at the completion of the test phase
- Asses product quality at various stages of the SDLC and test and approve the final product as specified in the test plan, test cases and acceptance criterion
