Job Description:
Multinational IT firm with head office in Canada is looking for “Top of the Line Programmer/Analyst” who is 7-10 years experienced in Software Development. A bright, energetic individual with the following skills:
- Expert level command on object oriented analysis, design, and implementation of web and desktop applications in .NET, and a flair for solving problems (Solid experience with C# required)
- Strong SQL Server knowledge in designing and creating an efficient and scalable database(Database Design, Stored Procedures, etc.)
- Analysis, development and documentation of technical requirements
- Work with source code control and software release systems to ensure high-quality software releases over time
- Technical estimation of work to be performed by self and others
- Unit testing of software modules
- Work with time tracking, incident reporting and software requirements specifications systems on a daily basis for information on and tracking of regular work
Technical Requirements:
- minimum 5 years ASP experience
- minimum 2 years ASP.NET experience
- Web applications VB.NET and/or C#
- HTML, XHTML, XML/XSLT Javascript/AJAX including Atlas or Anthem IIS, Windows 2003, SQL Server 2000 and up, ADO/ODBC
- Microsoft Certification desirable, as well as .NET 2.0 experience.
- Other relevant web development skills and experience
- Web Services PHP/MySQL, Java/JSP, and/or Ruby on Rails (previous web app development experience)
