1. Oracle Financial Consultant (Islamabad-Head Office)

Reporting to: Application Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oracle Financial Consultant with project management experience.
  • Oracle AP,
  • Oracle GL,
  • Oracle Fixed Asset.
  • Consulting role on configuration and Functional Analyst.

Education:

  • Incumbent should have Masters Degree plus related Oracle certifications

Experience:

  • Has experience in the same job fro 2 years at least. with total Experience 3-4 Years.

2. Application Database Administrator [DBA] (Islamabad-Head Office)

Reporting to: Application Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Upgrading and Supporting Oracle E-Business Suit
  • Planning and performing database and Oracle ERP Upgrades.
  • Daily Performance Tuning.
  • Implementation back-up and recovery solutions.
  • Providing Support on remote support desk.
  • Support new implemented projects or modules.
  • Test Backup in regular base.
  • Prepare test servers or clones

Education:

  • Incumbent should have Masters Degree in Computer Sciences plus related Oracle certifications

Experience:

  • Has experience in the same job fro 3 years at least.

3. Oracle Logistic & eAM Consultant (Islamabad-Head Office)

Reporting to: Application Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oracle Inventory Consultant with project management experience.
  • Consulting role on configuration and Functional Analyst.
  • Oracle PO’s, Oracle Workflow for invoicing or Accounts Payable,
  • Create and maintain Department Approvals
  • Consulting role on configuration and Functional Analyst

Experience:

  • Has experience in the same job fro 2 years at least, with total Experience 3-4 Years.

4. Business Support Assistant IT (Islamabad-Head Office)

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage department reporting and communication system, both internally and externally.
  • Organizing and maintaining the filing systems.
  • Manage and coordinate business related programs and projects.
  • Manage all appointments, meeting schedules and minutes of meetings.
  • Provide high quality administrative support to Head of IT.
  • Conduct follow-ups and inquiries when required.
  • Maintain travel itinerary, ticket and hotel bookings of IT.
  • Gather information from different departments and prepare presentations, reports and plans as per the need.
  • Assist in regular day-to-day work.

Experience:

  • Has experience in the same job fro 2 years at least,.

Skills Required:

  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Excellent computer skills especially in MS Office
  • Strong personal and communication skills.
  • Highly motivated and results focused individual with a can-do approach.
  • Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure.
  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Detail oriented, with high organizational skills
  • Diversified exposure to different business lines will be a plus

Education:

  • Incumbent should be MBA or MCS
