The team in Pakistan will work the night shift from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM to collaborate closely with our team in California . TELEMARKETER:
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for obtaining qualified leads thru telephone prospecting of corporate and educational markets in United States .
- Generate new sales opportunities through cold calling, appointment setting, and transaction follow-up calling. Pass on qualified sales leads to our inside/outside sales team based in USA
- Become a subject matter expert on all products and solutions offered by Clary including interactive presentation tools, video conferencing systems, paper handling equipment and document imaging solutions
- Maintain existing customer relationships by following up on recent transactions while continually prospecting and building new relationships
- Maintain current knowledge of company programs, promotions, and offerings.
- Provide prompt, courteous service to all customers
- Compile intelligence/profile reports on prospects and maintain prospect data in the CRM system (ACT)
- Work closely with USA based sales teams to facilitate smooth transition of all opportunities
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Dynamic, motivated and proactive individual with at least 2 years experience of Business-to-Business telemarketing to USA based corporate customers
- Knowledge and experience of US corporate culture preferred
- Fluently speak English in American accent
- Experience with CRM tools (preferably ACT)
- Knowledgeable in office automation equipment and IT systems preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or other related field
- Self directed and motivated performer
