Functional Consultant / Business Analyst
SCS is looking for a `Functional Consultant / Business Analyst’ in Banking Industry with Information Technology background.
You will need to have the following type of skills to carry out this job:
- To be business focused, with good knowledge of financial/banking industry
- To be good communicator, with tact and an appreciation of confidentiality
- To be able to build strong, long-term working relationships
- To be knowledgeable about banking products and services
- To be in possession of good and IT skills
- To be able to negotiate, solve problems and make effective decisions
- To be flexible and able to respond positively to change.
Requirements:
- The candidate should have experience of putting together functional specs for core banking solutions.
- Familiarity with Islamic Banking products is required.
- Experience of Implementing or writing functional specifications of Islamic Banking products is a plus.
- Minimum experience of 5 years in banking industry is required.
- Should be proficient with computers especially putting
- together power point presentations, detailed reports, project plan using MS Project, etc.
- Good interpersonal and professional attitude.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of banking systems and procedures.
Qualification:
- Master Level degree in Business Administration with exposure to IT or a 4 year IT degree with experience in business analysis.
