We have opening for Business Analyst.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the product team to evaluate product extensions and new ideas to lay out the future of a product
- Develop, define, and build business case for new product features
- including cost benefit analysis
- Work across functions to define and coordinate the introduction of new products into the marketplace.
- Manage ongoing projects and relationships with other business.
- groups such as product development, marketing, delivery, and technology.
- Help to analyze and solve day-to-day issues that occur
- Develop business requirements specifications for custom development projects.
- Develop first level use cases based on the business requirements.
- Provide input and guidance to the project team.
- Prepare training courses and conduct training for staff.
- Any other tasks assigned
