Oracle Developers:

• SQL Plus, ERWin, TOAD etc
• Sound knowledge of database design, modeling, implementation, and optimization
• Should have experience to embed business logic in stored procedures,triggers etc
• Exposure to data migration between applications, using SQL Loader, ODBC etc

• Develop, define, and build business case for new product features
• including cost benefit analysis
• Work across functions to define and coordinate the introduction of new products into the marketplace.
• Manage ongoing projects and relationships with other business.
• groups such as product development, marketing, delivery, and technology.
• Help to analyze and solve day-to-day issues that occur
• Develop business requirements specifications for custom development projects.
• Develop first level use cases based on the business requirements.
• Provide input and guidance to the project team.
• Prepare training courses and conduct training for staff.
• Any other tasks assigned
