• At least Graduation in Business/IT from UK/US/LUMS/IBA/FAST
• Hands on experience in Microsoft Exchange and Lotus Domino Administration shall be highly preferred by not compulsory.
• Very Strong interpersonal skills

• Ability to handle difficult situations at customer end
