Senior Java Developers for H1 Visa (5 positions)
Skills:
J2EE, Struts, Hibernate, WebServices, Database, Open Source Technologies, OOAD
- 4+ years experience in software development(full SDLC) with an emphasis on OO design.
- Demonstrated ability to develop(coding experience must) and implement complex Enterprise class applications using Java & J2EE technologies.
- Proficiency with Struts, Hibernate, Spring Framework.
- Knowledge of SQL and /or Oracle(preferred).
- High degree of self motivation.
- Excellent communication skills(oral & written).
Java Developers (3 positions)
Skills:

- Should have 1+ years of working experience.
- Hands on experience of working with JAVA/J2EE, Hibernate, Struts.
- Have good knowledge of Object Oriented Programming, Database concepts, UML, Java/J2EE.
Business Development Executive/ Business Analyst (3 positions)
Skills:
- Managing and maintaining a pipeline and ensuring the sales management process.
- Create and be accountable for all client proposals, contracts and any further documentation, following NETPACE procedure.
- Actively and successfully manage the sales process: lead generation; credentials pitch; asking questions; solution pitch; negotiation; close; handover to the account management team.
- Presenting NETPACE products & Solutions to clients through direct communication in face to face meetings, telephone calls and emails.
