Senior Java Developers for H1 Visa (5 positions)

Skills:

J2EE, Struts, Hibernate, WebServices, Database, Open Source Technologies, OOAD

  1. 4+ years experience in software development(full SDLC) with an emphasis on OO design.
  2. Demonstrated ability to develop(coding experience must) and implement complex Enterprise class applications using Java & J2EE technologies.
  3. Proficiency with Struts, Hibernate, Spring Framework.
  4. Knowledge of SQL and /or Oracle(preferred).
  5. High degree of self motivation.
  6. Excellent communication skills(oral & written).

Java Developers (3 positions)

Skills:

J2EE, Struts, Hibernate, Database

  1. Should have 1+ years of working experience.
  2. Hands on experience of working with JAVA/J2EE, Hibernate, Struts.
  3. Have good knowledge of Object Oriented Programming, Database concepts, UML, Java/J2EE.

Business Development Executive/ Business Analyst (3 positions)

Skills:

  1. Managing and maintaining a pipeline and ensuring the sales management process.
  2. Create and be accountable for all client proposals, contracts and any further documentation, following NETPACE procedure.
  3. Actively and successfully manage the sales process: lead generation; credentials pitch; asking questions; solution pitch; negotiation; close; handover to the account management team.
  4. Presenting NETPACE products & Solutions to clients through direct communication in face to face meetings, telephone calls and emails.
