Skills:
1. Must have experience in using ASP.NET AJAX.
2. Must have in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Technologies particularly .NET Framework.
3. Bachelor/Master degree in CS or SE from a recognized institution.
4. Should have experience in leading technical teams.
5. Should have good exposure of working with DOM using JavaScript.
6. Should be able to work on application design ad architecture especially for web applications.
7. Sound knowledge of Software Engineering principles and methodologies i.e. well familiar with processes in all stages of software development life cycle.
8. Good team management, documentation/technical writing, and presentation skills.
9. Should possess strong analytical skills.

Personal skills:
Hard working, soft spoken, honest and team oriented.
