Job Description:
As a Team Lead in the Development dept. at Pi Sigma Group, you would be responsible to lead the projects from technical point of view. Your main focus of job responsibility would be to deliver the project under defined timelines with high level quality. You will also be involved in architecture and design related activities. On top of that, you will be responsible for defining action plans for project executions, taking initiatives with minimum of guidance, making calculated decisions while being a team player, managing and conducting appraisals, as well as conducting R&D as per needs.
