The ideal candidate will need to have knowledge of software development practices, concepts and methodology. Experience developing with Java Knowledge of object oriented analysis and design (OOA&D The ability to complete design solutions, write code, perform testing, provide documentation and implement development projects and to work effectively in a strong team oriented environment. Develop time estimates for project schedules, monitor progress and provide accurate and timely reports. Analyze and resolve complex or multiple problems. Research and recommend alternative actions for problem resolution.

· Working experience of 2 year and with at lest bachelors degree.
· Working experience on any Java open source portal is preferred.
· Communication skills - speaks and writes clearly
· Interpersonal skills - friendly, builds relationships and trust
· Develop scalable and fault-tolerant application code based upon documented designs.
· Functionally test newly-developed application code.
· Maintain and support application functionality in a production environment.
· Communicate progress and issues with team lead, project manager and QA lead.
· Identify and propose enhancements to core system.
